TriYoga and Meditation

What is TriYoga?

TriYoga is the art and science of yogaflow®, which is a dymamic, meditative trinity of asana, pranayama and mudra. Prana-inspired and systematically introduced, TriYoga unites breath and mudra with flowing and sustained postures. It has the inherent qualities of rhythmic pacing, relaxation-in-action, wavelike spinal movements and economy of motion. This method of experiencing yoga and meditation was founded by internationally renowned yogini, Kaliji (Kali Ray). It is taught in 40+ countries by over 1100 certified teachers spanning 41 TriYoga Centers.

How do TriYoga Classes and Levels work?

Students can start and remain with Basics (108 posture sequences) or continue to push themselves along to Level 1 and subsequent levels. The different levels of TriYoga allow the yoga student to explore within the self as they enhance their breath, strength, flexibility, and endurance.  Within each level, students will continue to develop precise natural alignment, increase their strength and flexibility, build endurance, and establish longer and more rhythmic breathing patterns.
